Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI) reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel a membership in MDI.
  • If MDI refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be oͮered a refund for that membership.

Membership Cancellation by a Member

  • Membership cancellations received by a member within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less 20% service fee. (The minimum service fee will be $10 and the maximum service fee will be $50)
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligib le for a refund.
  • Refund requests will be accepted in writing only. Send refund requests to memberservices@mdimen.org within 14 days of registration. The request must include the name of the member and the invoice number.
  • All beneͯts and incentives received by the member must be cancelled and/or returned to MDI.
  • All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • These above policies apply to all MDI memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Registration Cancellation by MDI or its Affiliates

  • Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI) or its affiliates reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If MDI or its affiliate cancels an event, registrants will be oͮered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, MDI has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Event Registration Cancellation by Participant

  • Unless speciͯcally stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.
  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less 20% service fee. (The minimum service fee will be $10 and the maximum service fee will be $50)
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attendan event.
  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

  • All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from MDI require prior authorization.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the MDI within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any MDI product that is deemed defective by MDI.
  • Products provided/sold by MDI partners and affinity programs are subject to the returnpolicy of the partner.
  • Products which are software or downloadable from any MDI website or provided media (CDROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
